February's 6 x 4

I just realized that I put this on Flickr, but that I forgot to post a picture here. This is February's fabric postcard for 6x4 lives, which is a monthly journal project from the mind of oh-so-creative Sharon B! Can you tell that I'm waiting for Spring or something to happen by looking at this? Well, that's what I was thinking about while making this particular card. Pretty, pretty. Like you I can't wait for spring either. Am getting tired of baren, snow covered fields and ice on the windshield. Where did you find the pink background fabric on your postcard. Something French, no doubt. Oui? It looks so much like mulberry paper and I just love mulberry paper. If it could be sewed on I'd have a pile of it, unfortunately it is a type of tissue paper.
