Needle felted cat

As promised, here's another view of the needle felted cat that I made for Loobylu's "Month of Softies" challenge. This was a fun project, and I think it would be cool to make more vintage clothing for this little kitty! At first I wanted to make her a kimono with a little embroidered obi belt, but I messed it up, then I decided to do a dress instead so that I could make the challenge deadline. Oh well, back to the drawing board... If you've never tried needle felting or don't know what it is, it's really like making a sculpture out of wool. This is only the 2nd thing I made using this technique (not counting the dragon waiting to be finished). I don't own any felting books yet, but if I add a one to my craft library I'll let you know.
