I don't know what on eath I'm going to do with this, but I had to me some! It's really soft and looks like muppet fur to me, so maybe I can squeeze an amigurumi out of this if I can find the right size crochet hook.
ATC stands for Artist Trading Cards. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. They both have to measure 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.
If I keep this one or trade it away with someone, it's an ATC as these can't be bought or sold normally. If I sell it on Etsy or somewhere, it's an ACEO I guess, because those things are made to be sold. Hmmm... Mostly all of the ATCs I have ever made have either been swapped, or given as gifts (sometimes even to people who don't know what they are or what goes into making them).
I have so precious little time to make things these days that I usually end up making small things like this little fabric card. I somehow stole enought time today to finish this one! I painted and stamped the fabric weeks ago, but I didn't find time to embellish it and do the finishing touches until today.
By the way, my digital camera is working again miraculously (merci Ombeline!!), so maybe now I'll be able to post more frequently. Now if only I could get my creativity fixed too, that would be great.
Oh my god, do I love to hate this addictive little game. As if I didn't do enough of this sort of thing at work and at home... Although this may be good exercise for fielding problems, you know like a flight simulator for pilots or something? Anyway, this is the sort of thing that seems to empty my head late this Friday night...
Wow, look what came in the mail from Sweden! I was lucky enough to win 2 of Hanna's artist's trading cards (ATCs) because she participated in the One World One HeART Giveaway. You can see her original post here. I have been reading her blog ever since I received a postcard from her through a postcard swap hosted by My Little Mochi (..has it been 2 years already? more? less?) Hanna's card was my favorite for some reason, and this is a good chance to post a photo of it here. Thanks Hanna!
Hungry for inspiration and color, I found myself playing around on Flickr and I made this mosaic using FD's Flickr toys. Most of these photos are in my favorites file on Flickr. can you tell that I like cool colors? Got the blues, so's I need some greens. Links to photos tomorrow I hope, for now it is late, late, late...
